While there are many religious sects in the world, each one of them represents a path to the same Ultimate Goal. While we respect each of the sects we need to select one path for our journey and stick to it. If you believe in Lord Shreenathji and have rested your love and faith in Lord Shree Krishna, then one path suggested by Acharya Shree Mahaprabhuji over 500 years ago, is that of Pushtimarg. Pushtimarg (translated as - "road to Ultimate Goal") is one such luminous path, treaded by vaishnavs world over for centuries.

 

With the recent influx of migrants, New Zealand has seen a welcome increase in Pushtimargiya Vaishnavs. With the divine aim to bring all these Vaishnavs together in to a single congregation, "Vaishnav Parivar (NZ) Inc." was incorporated in May 2004. In the short span of time since the formal establishment of the congregation, numerous glorious festivals have been successfully celebrated by the organization namely, Mahaprabhuji Pragatya-Utsav, Janmashtami, Navratri/Sharadpurnima, Diwali stall in Auckland Regional Council celebrations and above all Anadotsav in presence of His Holiness Dwarkeshlalji Maharajshree. Each event has been attended by a staggering 300 to 500 individuals with an overwhelming enthusiasm.
